In device manager it appears under "usb controllers".
Already tried:
- uninstalling and installing both razer synapses
- unplugging and plugging keyboard with "esc" "caps lock" and "ctrl" pressed,
- plugging keyboard with "fn" key pressed
- plugging it to another PC
- "uninstalling device" in device manager
- installing a driver found on google
Did a google search and found on reddit a firmware updater (BlackWidow Chroma_FirmwareUpdater_v1.03.00), however when I try to update it, it says "no device detected", tried to unplug and plug keyboard with "fn" key pressed for 10+ seconds but nothing.
Ran out of ideas, any suggestion is appreciated.
