Hey there! There's not much to do on Xbox but to switch ports. I highly recommend that you test the device on a PC to make sure the device isn't defective. Do bear in mind that the keyboard you have is not designed to work on a console.

Anyways, I rearranged my computer room and some settings went whack? I have to plug in and back out & plug back in the USB (keyboard) just to type what I had typed earlier.........
