Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 Flickering Issue

I am having the exact problem referred to in these posts:

In short, the lighting on the numpad is occasionally flickering to a bright white color for a split second before going back to normal. I have contacted support about this, and have already checked the firmware version (have the latest already) and I have also done a clean install of Synapse 3.



I thought I'd try my luck here, since this seems to be somewhat of a recurring issue.
