Razer Blackwidow Elite and Nari Ultimate issues

Hey, so i got my Nari Ultimate yesterday and since then my Blackwidow Elite became some issues. Everytime i start a Game, go on Discord in a Channel or start a Video in my Browser. It doesnt matter if its Youtube, Twitch or smth else. My Keybord stops working, so it doesnt respond to anything i press. And if i close the Video, everythings works perfectly like nothing happend. I alredy reinstalled Windows 10 and Razer Synapse 3 multiple times. So, i dont actually know what to do anymore and hope for some help. sry for my bad english
