Razer BlackWidow Elite and Synapse problem

When I have razer synapse running, keyboard lights up, but is unresponsive. If I exit synapse, I can use my keyboard properly. I have tried plugging my keyboard directly to computer, a clean synapse install, reseting keyboard trough synapse and deleting keyboard drivers and neither of these worked. I also have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate. When I'm using it wired, even with synapse on I can use the keyboard. If I use it wireless I can't use my keyboard when synapse is running. When Synapse auto start up is off and I start synapse manually, everything works normally.
