Razer BlackWidow Elite keeps on muting and unmuting my volume randomly
I have had this keyboard for a couple of months now, and it randomly mutes and unmutes the volume, I believe it might have to do with the scroll wheel and I do not know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

kam5691Are there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? Does the issue happen when Synapse is enabled and disabled? Connect your keyboard to a different computer and check if it behaves the same. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your Razer BlackWidow Elite via PM. Let's continue from there.
