Razer Blackwidow Elite Keys doesnt work

My Razer Blackwidow Elite is new (4 Weeks i think) and since 3 weeks some keys doesnt work at Chroma Studio pls help

He there! Sorry to hear about your keyboard's concern. When did the issue start? Does the issue happen while using a different Chroma lighting effect such as "Static"? Have you tried logging in while using a guest or dummy Razer Synapse account to isolate the issue? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your device serial number. Let's continue from there.
