Razer BlackWidow Elite keys jump when pressed

Hi all, I have had this keyboard since 2020 and some keys jump when pressed. The only time I cleaned the keyboard was a couple of years ago, so I don't think that's the problem. Has anyone else had this happen? Have you been given a solution?
