Were they working before? What OS are you on and have you tried reinstalling the keyboard drivers?

No, they weren't working before. I have Microsoft Windows and I don't know how to reinstall the drivers to be honest.

I just tried to update the Razer Synapse 3, looked the map and the OS updates. Those keys haven't worked since I installed the keyboard, just the mute button worked and works



Edit:

I have Windows 10 Pro and I don't know why the "previous track", the "stop/play" and "Next track" keys doesn't work. But If I change the function it works.

For Example: I change "previous track" on "Volume down" it works. But If I use it for "Previous track" it doesn't work.

Which is the problem that I have to fix?

That's actually really weird and maybe more complicated than I initially thought this was. Please PM me the serial number of the keyboard so I can check for possible firmware related fixes. For now, go on the Device Manager and look for the keyboard. From there, right-click on your BlackWidow Elite then select uninstall. Windows should automatically install a fresh driver after a reboot.
