Razer Blackwidow Elite won’t exit demo mode. Any help appreciated.

So I was having problems with my keyboard specifically the V, B, and N keys not working how they are supposed to. The V key when pressed somehow results in a “Q3 and left mouse click” same for the B key but instead it results in “C3 and left mouse click” and the N key outright doesn’t do anything. I tried everything with the drivers and then reset my keyboard via “esc capslock” and now my keyboard is lit up but the keys won’t type all while my pc is factory reset so in order to get in I need to type with those keys. Not sure what all I can do at this point.

Did you get a chance to connect your keyboard to a different PC to check if the same issue persists? For now, please reset the mouse by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and clicking the gear icon at the top-right of the application, and if you can, please send me a short video clip of what's happening. That way, I can get a better grasp of the situation. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to verify the model of your device, and if in case, we'll have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
