[Razer BlackWidow] F9 key not working

F9 key's generic function doesnt work It's not getting registered (e.g. when I want to add a breakpoint in Visual Studio or pause a game of Dota2) However When I press Fn + F9, the macro LED is blinking, so there should not be any physical damage. I never used the macro function, or had any macros added What I tried: I reset the keyboard to factory settings I deleted all profiles manualy I updated synapse I closed synapse Thanks in advance for any suggestions
