As the title,
I have a Razer Blackwidow model RZ03-02861, i plugged it in the usb pc and it works correctly.
I have used it for over a year without Synapse because i didn't care customizations.
I recently installed Synapse 3 and the keyboard gets correctly recognized.
As I go in the lightning pane, changes don't take effect.
I selected the switch off light options when idle. After a while the lights went off and didn't come back on anymore.
Loading profiles in the on-board memory slots shows the error "Your profile did not transfer successfully to your device's White on-board memory slot. Pleasy try again".
If I try to factory reset the keyboard through the Settings > Reset menù and I get the error "An error occurred while resetting the device. Please try again."
I dont know what else to do.
It's like somehow Synapse3 is not able to communicate with keyboard.
