First I’ll give you all the details I have. I purchased the keyboard from Walmart. The first weird thing I noticed is that the model number (RZ03-0286) seemingly doesn’t exist, all the others have a zero, one, or X added to the end. Mine doesn’t. When I plug it in it disconnects and reconnects randomly and for seemingly no reason. The keyboards lights and connectivity don’t work unless I do the trick where you can put it into demo mode, where the ripple and rainbow effects automatically rotate, but none of the keys work because...demo mode, obviously. Now, I’m thinking maybe Walmart sold me a demo model? I have no clue. It’s almost like the keyboard doesn’t have any internals, just enough to get it to show some lights. I’ve never in my life handled a piece of technology that works so horribly and honestly Razer as a whole has been terrible from the device to their support.
