Razer Blackwidow Keyboard + Mamba Elite Driver Issues

Hello,

I started noticing issues with my Mamba Elite Mouse as it was not registering clicks, I read online that this may be a defective driver issue, however I've been incapable of getting Razer Synapse to detect my devices. They only appear as HID Compliant Mouse and Keyboard under device manager.

I've tried several things:
- Change USB Ports
- Uninstall Drivers, plug mouse back in
- Uninstall synapse + Drivers, reinstall drivers and plug and keyboard in

I don't know what else to try, the left click basically requires 2-3 clicks to register a click so it makes gaming impossible.

Weirdly when I plug my keyboard in the blackwidow driver appears in the list under human interface devices but not under keyboard, additionally, Synapse does not detect it.

I've tried downloading the EXE firmware updater separately but it doesn't work either.

Would appreciate any support!
