Razer Blackwidow LITE : ALL THE THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT IT | Razer Insider

Hey whats up guys! Let me know what do you think about the Blackwidow LITE. Thanks !
haven't used the KB myself but I've listened to and read a lot of reviews on it b/c I want to get it and I might use razer silver (80000 silver), so here's the rundown:

It's mechanical, so most people like how it feels to type on. However it is confusingly marketed not towards gamers, but office workers. I say confusingly because 1. No wrist wrest, 2.no number pad (it's a 10 keyless design) and 3.its loud af. I hate it when people go "OFC ITS LOUD ITS MECHANICAL" because razer literally markets the blackwidow as "silent". speaking of silent the O rings don't help (a lot, anyways). the orange color bleeds into the keys and creates this orange underglow that is, at the very least, annoying. the o rings must be installed 1 by 1, making it a huge hassle. it's a bit compact and nice, with a good quality that you'd expect for an expensive keyboard like this. Not much deck flex, if any at all. its hard to recommend for the price. interestingly enough this is supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the more expensive keyboards.

if you're an office worker the negatives listed above for you will probably dissuade you from thinking about this one. if you're on a budget then look somewhere else b/c the price-to-performance of this thing isn't good. 80 bucks for a mechanical keyboard that it's target demographic can't use? why??? WHYYY??? there are better, cheaper alternatives for most people b/c the price for this thing is so hard to justify..

so who is this keyboard even for then? well, if you're using razer cortex to get a free keyboard that is decent at least, this is your go to...as long as you're good for a long razer silver grind. are you a razer fanboy who wants to try out something without RGB? here you go. honestly if you want a cheaper razer product with key lighting but no fancy RBG, this is a possible choice.

what kind of razer fanboy doesn't like RBG?

what kind of razer keyboard costs less than 100 bucks and has no RBG?

the world we live in is changing rapidly.....

P.S. sorry for not organizing this comment or even giving a real effort towards spacing it out. Again, its a summary of what a lot of people point out when reviewing this product, not my own personal review (and nowhere near professioinal. I haven't even talked about what kind of switches are used or the actuation force lol)
