Hey all,



Like the title says I am dealing with a bricked keyboard. It does not function in 2.4 or usb mode. This happened after a firmware update through Synapse. The bluetooth still works fine.



Also if I start the firmware update software again it recognizes the usb dongle connected to the computer and says the keyboard is now up to date, the next page asks me to connect it to the computer using the usb type c to type a cable, which it does not recognize. I don't think there is an issue with the cable itself because the light indicator lights up when plugged in and the keyboard charges fine.



Is this keyboard now permanently bricked in 2.4 and usb cable modes??



Any insight would be appreciated!
