Razer Blackwidow stored profiles

I just bought a Razer Blackwidow and i am very frustrated as i am unable to use the stored profile feature. I created 4 profiles using synapse 3 on a windows 10 machine and stored them in keyboard.

When synapse is not installed or not running keyboard is using the factory color effect and not my default profile. When I press fn, color of f9-f12 buttons will change to the expected stored profile color which is red in my case. When I stop pressing the fn button, keyboard color will go back to the factory default effect and does not activate my profile. When I use fn + menu I can navigate through my profiles and f9-f12 buttons will change to the right colors but when I release the fn button, profile is not applied!

In user manual is very clearly stated that i can store up to 5 profiles and that I can use them in other systems without synapse installed (online manual page 13), i see many people complaining about identical issues in many forums and i cant find a solution. The only answers i find is that this is not supported which is not what the manual says, is this really not supported, because if that's the case Razer sells products with fake specs and i need to return it back ASAP.

I tried in 2 windows PCs, i tried in a 3rd PC with Linux, i reseted the keyboard , reinstalled synapse but no luck.
I have the exact same issue, posted a support ticket for this yesterday. will see how they answer and return the keyboard if there is no workaround. ducky does similar keyboards and the coloring *and* macro features require no software and can be done on any platform.
I am also thinking to return it if there is no work around, i opened a ticket 5 days ago but still no response.
I have the exact same issue.
After 24 days of waiting for a simple answer from Razer Support, i got an official response that profiles don't really work !!

To further proceed, we would like to inform you that only keybinding and macro keys can be saved into the onboard memory of the keyboard. Saving a lighting profile in the keyboard's onboard memory and use it on another PC without Synapse will not work. Also, when pressing the Fn key will turn on and off the Chroma lighting that you have set up in your Chroma settings.

Even if in their manual they state other things.

STORED PROFILES

Your Razer BlackWidow Elite can store up to 5 profiles from Razer Synapse 3, which you can use even on systems that do not have Razer Synapse 3 installed. Pressing the "fn" key in combination with the Menu key will cycle through the different profiles, with the Menu key's color showing which profile is currently selected when the "fn" key is held down.

Even if from the synapse UI you can drag and drop those color profiles in your keyboard memory.

Nowhere is stated that you can save profiles excluding lighting and brighting settings.

I am totally frustrated as

1) They sell products with fake/inaccurate specifications which is also against the law

2) I opened the issue the next day i bought the keyboard and they responded back after 24 days ... if they had responded back in 3 days as they state i would have returned it back and would have bought a product that actually does what it states.

Now i am stack with an expensive low quality product that can't return back.

If anyone have the same issues and reading this, don't waste time with support return it back ASAP save your money for something better.
Hi there fellows.

unfortunately chroma and macros will not work without Synapse, or if it shuts down.

But hot keys and your reseted keys will work fine.

Also u cant just change your profile by using keys FN+Menu if Synapse not working.
