Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition Chroma Stopped registering in synapse

Recently out of the blue, my keyboard has stopped registering in Razer synapse so I'm unable to configure my keys how I want them and no matter how many repairs or uninstalls and reinstalls I do, it still doesn't register my keyboard. If someone knows how to help it would be much appreciated.

    I have the same issue, but with Blackwidow ultimate 2013 on snypse 2.0 its not registering it in the app, just a brick now
