Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 On Bootloader HELP!
Ok so this is a little paragraph I was trying to send to razer but I doubt they'll respond fast.
My Razer blackwidow ultimate 2016 edition has stopped working, in device manage the only thing i see is razer boot-loader. I have spent the hours finding a solution online and nothing works, so please give me something new that will actually update it or something. I did the hold FN key , the hold the f10 key even f9 key to update firmware and nothing works. I reinstalled all razer software and nothing works. I followed every step that I could find online and NOTHING seems to work. When I try updating the firmware it just doesn't work so I'm stuck on what to do. So please razer, I beg that you give me an actual solution to this that will guarantee will work. I've used the keyboard for years and it's still in great condition so I know for a fact it's not broken. It just randomly turned off and was confused on why. I plugged it in to two other computers and did all the same methods and nothing worked. I can hear the keyboard connecting to my computer so it works but its on razer boot-loader and I don't know how to fix it so PLEASE help me! Thank you.

It seems that your Razer Blackwidow Ultimate has a hardware issue since the issue persists after connecting the device to a different computer. Also, doing the manual resetting frequently can brick the device. Please send me a PM together with the keyboard's serial number so I can check its available updates.
