Razer Blackwidow v2 chroma is not responding

I've had this issue for a few days now. My keyboard is stuck on black and when I go into chroma the color doesn't change and it stays black. I've tried multiple things, restarting PC, restarting razer synapse, and unplugging the usb. I even did the ESC+CAPS+M5 method I saw earlier online and it didn't do anything but give me rainbow or reactive green color. Any help?

    Hello! Does the PC recognize the keyboard? If so, what is it being recognized as? Also, does the same thing happen when plugged in another PC? Let me know.
