RAZER Blackwidow v2 keys not registering after some inputs

I have a RZ03-0203 razer keyboard that I love and apart from some switches collecting a bit of dust and not registering always, every single key on the whole keyboard if pressed repeatedly for some two-three seconds stops respondig for solid 10 seconds.
Sometimes the numpad side doesn’t respond at all, but that seems to be rare.

I can not find a procedure on how to reflash the firmware or anything of that kind for my keyboard model. I can find those for the Razer Huntsman models for some reason tho…

Official Razer Support page is either down or not available in my country because clicking either “Chat” or “Submit Case” returns me to the main support page and I’m beginning to think this is planned somehow.
People tell me I should contact support but I really have no way of doing it except here. :(

After two months and some fiddling around, it turns out that cleaning the switches by pouring alc. and cycling them while holding the keyboard upside down seems to remedy the issue marginally. Still no response from the Razor support. I assume compressed air to the inside of the switches would work too, got no way to test it now.
