Razer Blackwidow V2 Pro Incorrect S/N

Trying to register my razer blackwidow v2 pro for 7.1 and THX but the web portal won’t recognise my serial number when I try to type it in. There is no S/N on my physical product (Yes, I have checked the left ear cup, inside and out) and still can’t find anything. Razer synapse thankfully gives me a serial number when i use my device, however it’s only 14 characers long whereas razer asks for 15.

 

Anyone got any ideas?
