While using the keyboard it suddenly had an lighting error so i unplugged and plugged it back however after that it doesnt light up and the keys are very delayed and type multiple times after just one click. After trying multiple ways to fix it (updating windows and synapse, trying other usb ports, reinstalling firmware etc.) it either doesnt work entirely or the previous issue persists.
i dont think its a hardware issue because of how the problem appeared and no physical harm happened to the keyboard and its cable.
does anybody has a way to fix it?
