I have sent to the service center with the guide of the razer shop in shopee, was received last january 03, 2024. I asked the shop for any updates until now and would just tell me that my keyboard is still in the service center and would update if service center will contact them. It is almost 2 months and was told it will take 3 - 4 weeks. I was given a Ticket ID: HDF00TID018 .
