razer blackwidow v3 mini hyper speed not fully charging

Hi Razer Fam,

 

I would like to report an issue that I’m currently facing. I newly bought razer blackwidow v3 mini hyper speed last week and the issue that I’m experiencing is that the keyboard is not charging fully. It only stock at 99%. I already tried charging it for 4 hours and still issue persist. It won’t go up to 100%.

Hoping for your response on this.

    I’d check it via bluetooth if you haven’t tested it yet. Synapse had some problem in the past with the battery indicator.

    Also I’d not bother with it, if possible I try to keep devices charged up to 80% to provide better battery longevity.
