I’ve just bought officially this keyboard and the battery has been 0% out of the box. The problem with it as unfortunately it doesn’t charge properly if at all and I could not use it as wireless once I unplug the cable. Official cable shows 0.5 A and 5V charging input but in synapse my keyboard is just discharging and stays at 1% no matter what even though it is currently in “off” switch state and without any RGB enabled.

Of course I have tried to upgrade firmware (2.0.3.01) but it’s still the same problem and seems like the battery or controller is completely broken. Any meaningful advice from support would be kindly appriciated as I honestly don’t want to issue the refund right away. This is my first Razer product and I’m not content about it right from the start.
Did you try connecting the keyboard to another USB port or PC while using its original charging cable (Type A to Type C)? While charging, does the keyboard show a solid red LED? If yes, please wait approximately two hours to fully charge the keyboard until the LED turns solid green. If the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed is detected while plugged in using its charging cable into your PC, try resetting it through the Razer Synapse settings and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
