RAZER BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI lags

The problem is as follows. I purchased a RAZER BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI HYPERSPEED, and when connected via a cord, everything works perfectly and without complaint. However, in the case of wireless connection, there are problems with the backlight, namely, the lighting macro may lag or freeze. Also, after the backlight goes into sleep mode, when you return from it, the backlight freezes in a static format. You have to turn the keyboard off and on again to make it work. I reinstalled Synapse 4, but it didn't help.

    Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

     

    1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

    2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

    3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

    4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed and select Uninstall device.

    5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

     

    The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If the issue persists, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
