I bought a Razer Blackwidow V3 keyboard recently, and Razer Synapse is unable to recognise my keyboard. It works fine in terms of inputs, but Synapse won't recognise it.



It seems that there is a driver error, but I prompted windows to update drivers via devmgmt.msc but apparently I am on the best drivers.

I've tried a clean reinstall of all Razer software, but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas or had a similar issue? I am at a loss for ideas
