Hi Razer

my blackwidow v3 pro does not connect wirelessly. Normally when it connects, the lights will stop flashing, but in this case, the light keep flashing (below the del and end keys), even though my laptop says it is connected. The bottomline is that I have to connect the USB. I have updated the latest fireware, nothing has changed. It might still be under warrenty, could you advice what is the best next step please, because I can't find any support services or phone numbers.
