Razer Blackwidow V3 pro keyboard not responding

my new keyboard stopped responding. it is no longer paired to my computer. tried connecting via usb and the keyboard appears on the list but is still not working. any time i press any key the entire keyboard flashes. when i press fn numbers 12345 light up. needless to say usual pairing procedure doesn't work (i.e. press fn and the number 1) I would appreciate your help Adi

Your keyboard might be on demo mode. Get it out of it by following this guide. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your keyboard. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
