Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.
I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.
Nothing seems to work.
Is there any solution to fix this?

+1Similarly, my Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed, which I have been using without issues for the past two years, started double typing a few keys a few weeks ago. I installed the latest firmware, but the problem persists.
It’s not a software problem - problem is the switch itself.
Try to spray some air inside faulty switch, then you can pour few drops of 100% Isopropyl alcohol - press key few times, let it evaporate. If this won’t help only switch replacement will be a solution here.
I had this issue and now it is fixed. I removed the key cap of the faulty key and press the switch on each corner to make it stay frimly on the circuit. The switch is a little loose, and there is a subtle click sound when I press it. I used to have x and 8 keys with this problem and now it is fixed. Now I can do this: 8x8x8x8x8x8x8x8x8x.
