Hi

 

I purchased this keyboard from Amazon, and now its not charging stuck at 0%.

    If you’ll connect the keyboard via Bluetooth - what’s the battery status inside Windows settings → Bluetooth?

    And what happens if you’ll disconnect it from the cable - how long it’ll work? It may be just a bug inside Synapse… or even bad cable (so you can also try another one from smartphone for eg.).
