I’ve tried to uninstall the driver, change USB ports and cables (even though the keyboard was charging from the port before), remove the Power savings, take out the dongle, tried hard reset of the keyboard (Escape + Caps Lock + Space).
There’s 120 other topics about this issue and i’ve tried all the different tricks.
When did the issue start occurring?
Started 11 December. 2 days from now.
How much battery percentage does it keep after you unplug your keyboard?
It drains as usual as if there was 4% left in the keyboard.
Are you using a USB hub or any type of extension to connect your keyboard?
Yes, and i’ve tried connecting it directly to the computer, with no luck.
Have you tried charging your keyboard using a different USB port from your computer?
Yes, i’ve tried 10 Gbps; 5 Gbps; USB 2.0, i’ve tried to charge it with a phonecharger. Nothing works.
