Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro Wireless, Lights off in wireless mode only.

My Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro Mechanical Wireless keyboard every couple of days the lighting turns off on wireless mode but the keyboard works fine and both wired and Bluetooth the lighting works fine. The only way I have found to turn it back on is a reinstall of synapse. As you can probably imagine reinstalling synapse twice a week is very annoying so I was wondering if there is a more permanent solution. I have checked for drivers and have clean installed them many times Thanks in advance!

      Does the issue happen when the keyboard's dongle is connected to another USB port or computer? Have you updated its firmware? Also, have you tried resetting the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
