My Razer Blackwidow v3 pro suddenly stops working. It won't charge and turn on. I’ve tried to use a different port on my pc, change the cable, tried to charge it in an outlet, cleaned the usb c port and  updated synapse but still doesn’t work. The led charging light won’t lit up either. It was working yesterday and  when to use it today it stop working.

Hello sleeklifeOlive857,

I understand that your Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro is no longer charging or turning on. I really appreciate you listing everything you've tried so far to troubleshoot the issue. Could you let me know how long you left the keyboard on charge before checking it? Please try additional steps to isolate the issue.

1. Uninstall the keyboard drivers from the Device Manager. Just search for "Device Manager," go to Keyboards, right-click on the BlackWidow V3 Pro, and select Uninstall device. After that, restart your PC, and the drivers should reinstall automatically.

2. If you have access to another PC or laptop, try plugging the keyboard into that and see if it charges or gets detected there.

If nothing seems to work, please PM me your device's serial number, store invoice and video of the issue so I can then check for replacement option warranty. Upload the files on Google drive. All the best!
