Razer BlackWidow V3 Scroll Wheel Programming

Hi to everyone, this is my first time dealing with a Razer product and i hope that you can help me. I wanted to program the scroll wheel to track selection whenever i open Groove Music on Windows but it seems that it remain on the volume up/down function all the time and does not apply my program. What could be the problem? Hope some of you can help me
