Hi there, so when I started using the Blackwidow v3 keyboard everything was going well for the first few weeks, then one as soon as I turned my pc on it stopped working, like it started flickering for a few seconds and then complete blackout. I tried to clean the usb, I saw if there were some problems with the cable but there were none, and ofc I tried to plug and unplug the usb many times, rebooting the pc as well and unistalling and installing synapse again. So I decided to use another keyboard in the mean time, but one day I just wanted to see if the blackwidow would magically work again and it did, I was surprised but it lasted only for a few days somehow and then it stopped again. Did something like this happen to you as well or I’m the only one?

Hello there,
Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer? You can also update your keyboard’s firmware. If the same issue persists, then drop me a PM along with your Razer BlackWidow V3’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps.
