razer blackwidow v3 tenkeyless

I spilled water on the keyboard before. I cleaned the keys and the keyboard without opening it, but when I was putting the keys back on, the spacebar key was showing a different color light. The next day, the spacebar key started to press very slowly. It is working, but I don't know if this is a mod of the keyboard or if it is related to the liquid I spilled. Please help.
