razer blackwidow v3 tenkeyless issue

My keyboard work fine after not using it for a long time and plugging it in for use but after few minutes or hours it stops working and shows issues and also one of it's key the semicolon key glows red colour and can't even change it using the razer software

Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless and select Uninstall device.

5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

 

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
