I recently bought a BLACKWIDOW V3 TKL, and the left Shift key feels a bit stiff to press.

Hi cjichinose,

I’m here to help. To isolate the issue, please remove dirt and other residues on your keyboard. Use a clean microfiber cloth and compressed air to do this. You can visit this article as your guide on how to properly to clean your Razer Keyboard. If the same probelm persists PM your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Also, please help me answer the sets of questions below:

  • Was this working fine before?
  • When did the issue start occurring?
  • Were there any changes made to your system/device prior to the issue?
  • Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue? e.g. spilled liquid, etc.…
  • Any noticeable physical damage from the device? i.e. cracks, tangled cable, exposed wire, etc.?
  • Any noticeable dust/dirt from your keyboard? E.g. small debris, unknown residues, etc.

I’d appreciate it if you could share a short view showing the issue for the team’s visibility. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.
