I purchased a Razer Blackwidow V3 TKL on December 27th. After about a week of use, I noticed that some keys sounded and felt different. Specifically, the 0, F8, and * keys sounded and felt unlike the others. I'd say they have different switch sounds and feel. It feels like they have a different switch than the green switch. What steps should I take regarding an exchange or warranty claim?
