I’m looking to buy the Razer BlackWidow V4 75, but on the Razer website I see two different versions:

I’m having trouble understanding the physical differences between these two layouts.
Does the “American (ISO)” version actually use a full ISO layout (L-shaped Enter key, shorter left Shift, extra key next to Shift)?
And is the “American Version” the standard US ANSI layout?
The product images don’t clearly show the Enter key or the left Shift, so I’m worried about ordering the wrong version.
If anyone owns these models or has clear info, could you confirm which one is ANSI and which one is ISO?
