Hi, my Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard suddenly stopped working properly.
The Spacebar, Left Alt, Left Ctrl, and Left Windows keys no longer work, while all the other keys work normally, including Right Alt and Right Ctrl.
I have been using this keyboard for about one year, and this problem started suddenly today.
I tested the keyboard on another PC, and the exact same keys are not working there either. My old keyboard works perfectly on both PCs.
I have already tried everything I can think of, including:

Reinstalling Razer Synapse

Uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard from Device Manager

Changing USB ports

Testing it on another PC

Removing/reinstalling drivers

Troubleshooting without Synapse
Nothing has fixed the problem.
Since the same keys fail on another PC, I don't think this is a Windows or driver issue. Could this be a hardware, firmware, or keyboard matrix problem?
Please help me identify the cause and let me know if there is a specific reset or firmware procedure I should try.
