Hello, I just received my razer blackwidow v4 pro keyboard. But after using it for an hour I did something and I don’t know the original settings are gone. I tried to reset on synapse but I can’t. The problem is that I can’t use fn + ctrl + 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9. Can somebody help me I am so exhausted and nervous. Thank you so much.

Also in Synapse you can create new, empty profile.
