I bought recently(a week ago or maybe one and half week ago) new RAZER BLACKWIDOW V4 PRO 75% and it stopped charging today.
What should I do ?
Firmware update is latest. It shows 1% and not charges.
Help please!
Just chiming in - I think I am having similar issues with mine. Purchased a week ago and noticed the battery draining very fast. Can anyone chime in what they are getting battery wise, not in power saving mode on 2.4Ghz wireless?
My power settings are:
Dim lighting after 5 min of inactivity.
Wireless power saving - turn off after 15 min
OLED screen has an animation playing (of a GIF) at 50% brightness.
Dims OLED after 1 min of inactivity.
No screen timeout for OLED.
I would say I’m getting about 8 hours of use.
Mines just down to 0 percent and only thing its function is cause I have the charging cable plugged in….any idea how to fix it? Firmware is updated and got the Synapse 4.

same problerm for me, it works but on screen 1%, I think it is a bug with power battery monitor on screen and actual, hope should be solved in soft updates soon, we should make razer’s team notice this problem asap

It works only wired, when charging - only 1%.
If i unplug the cable, it turns off
This has just happened to me too! :( What did you do, return it?
Somehow it came back to life after many things I tried, including resetting it… I was afraid I had to open it and reevive the battery in a less than an yearr old PREMIUM PRICED keybboard… only what about this double typing which neverr comopletely went away and I am tirred of correcting everything!!! OOMG
