RAZER BLACKWIDOW V4 PRO 75% not charging

i own the keyboard for 5 months with no issues, but today the battery died and it won´t charge up. I already updated the firmware and swicth power sources, notihing solve the problem. What should i do?

Let me help your with your concern. I understand Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% isn’t charging. To isolate the issue, please help me answer a few questions:

  • Are you using the original charging cable that came with the keyboard?
  • Have you tried charging the keyboard directly from a USB port on your PC or laptop?
  • When you plug it in, do you see any lights or indicators on the keyboard at all (even briefly)?
  • Are there any signs of physical damage on the keyboard or cable (kinks, cuts, bent connector, etc.)?
  • Have you tried a different, known-working USB cable with the keyboard?
