Ive had my keyboard since October with no issues at all. Today it's refusing to charge beyond 5% and it's started losing battery while plugged in. Ive tried plugging it into my pc and the wall socket using the provided cable. Nothing is working

Try to update your keyboard’s firmware. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. Looking forward to your response!
