Hello everyone!
Been using the keyboard on and off but today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.
Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.
It looks like this is an ongoing issue does anyone have a fix ?

I’m here to help! Allow me to ask a few question is isolate the issue. Are you using a USB Hub or any type of extensions to connect your keyboard? Have you tried charging your keyboard using a different USB Port from your computer? Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue? Please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue:
1. Make sure to connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
2. Try testing your keyboard with another computer that doesn’t have Synapse installed.
3. Ensure to update your Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% firmware.
