My Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro (75%) OLED screen has stopped working entirely. I’ve tried everything: I reinstalled Synapse, reinstalled the drivers, did a firmware update, and I even made sure in Windows that USB power settings don’t turn off the lighting. I’ve tested it in Bluetooth, wireless, and wired modes, but the OLED screen just no longer shows anything. The keyboard still responds to commands like volume up and down from the keys, but the screen itself is completely blank.
