Hello there,
We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Try to reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V4 75% and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
